Progress In Electromagnetics Research B (PIER B) publishes peer-reviewed original articles and tutorial review papers on all aspects of electromagnetic theory and applications. Manuscripts submitted to PIER B must not have been submitted simultaneously to other journals. Authors are solely responsible for the factual accuracy of their articles, and all articles are understood to have received clearance(s) for publication.

Manuscripts must be in English and the following electronic files are required for all submissions:

• A PDF version of the manuscript;
• Source files of all the figures, EPS format is preferred;
• Source file(s) of the manuscript can be in ".tex" (preferred) or ".doc" format.

Manuscripts can be submitted via On-Line Submission by following the instructions.
